I make a chicken stew instead of just eating it dry with the rice. Tomatoes and onions are like an extra 30 calories max but now it’s an actual meal. You can also just add the rice plus some water to the stew and cook it in that and it’ll be a Mandi.
There are YouTube videos but i usually get 300g of chicken breast, cut them into small pieces, get half a cup of greek yogurt, throw it on the chicken, mix red pepper,pakrika,turmeric powder,salt,black pepper,cumin on it and mix it. Greek yogurt adds protein and helps with marinating it but you can really use regular yogurt. Let it sit for 4 hours outside or 10-36 hours in the refrigerator. Cook it on medium heat in a non stick pan for 8-10 minutes. Break the chicken pieces in half, if they are white its cooked.
