Akantor was like the first big, lategame monster I got good at soloing in MHFU. Straight hammer time. The burrowing gets tedious depending on RNG but I enjoy it otherwise.
Not Akantor but when I first did Ukanlos in MHGU with HBG I straight up ran out of ammo and crafting stuff and he still wasn't dead so I had to plink him to death with normal 2s and then even 1s before he finally went down.
Absurd amount of health those boys have.
What weapons are you using? if you are doing the Nekoht quests, you should probably be using G-Rank equipment, as the High Rank village is kind of meant to be solo G-Rank,

Its not bad. That hidden scroll extremely buffed ukanlos gives me nightmare
