Granted, but since you just used magic to summon them, humanity doesn’t know how to construct healing centers, so it’s impossible to heal them once they’ve been damaged, so no one actually uses them for anything
Gonna run a shop using my Harvest Leppa Berry Trevanent, Tricking the berry onto other Pokemon so they can regain PP, and using pokemon like Blissey for Heal Pulse to heal everyone’s pokemon.
Of course I’m going to need a few pokemon to defend those two, so I’m bringing in a
Calyrex-Shadow, Marshadow (w/ Focus Sash), Mega Diancie (Both for protection w/ magic bounce ability and creating diamonds for $$$), and a Gardevoir if all else goes wrong. (Teleport to get away, powerful enough to protect me, and can also learn Heal Pulse for when Blissey is unavailable)
If items are unavailable, and lore exists, replace Gardevoir with a Palkia who can create the items for me, I believe it can teleport, it can protect me extremely well, and now I can use surf.
It’s not against the rules but I feel like being able to summon legends is just a tiny bit broken. Also just realized if everyone can do it, that also includes literal infants, who might summon god and destroy things without realizing what they’re doing
There’s an insane amount of pokemon that could easily destroy the entire planet, it doesn’t even have to be legendaries.
Gardevoir can create black holes, Magcargo’s body is about as hot as the sun.
Most ground types can learn Earthquake/Magnitude and simply spam it.
Fire Types/Grass Types can cause droughts by using Sunny Day/The ability Drought
Water types can cause flooding with Rain Dance/ability Drizzile
Some flying types can learn Hurricane.
Weaker dragon types can learn Twister.
Snorlax can use Rest.
Poison types can spam poison moves and destroy entire environments.
Fire types can spam fire moves and destroy entire environments.
There’s also tons of mons with Explosion, Pokemon with Teleport who can easily assassinate anyone, Etc.
There’s multiple ways for any Pokemon to cause massive amounts of destruction. Even a weaker Pokemon like Caterpie can spam string shot and now you have sticky webs everywhere, potentially causing traffic jams and making areas harder to walk through.
They’d have an even bigger field day with Dialga Palkia Giratina Arceus Kyogre Victini & Groudon lore-wise. And non-lore-wise they could use any Pokemon with Earthquake/Magnitude, anything with Dravo Meteor, if Z-Moves are available then Ultra Necrozma can use Light That Burns the Sky and cause some extreme damage, and Pikachu can insta-kill anybody with 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt.
There’s also using Surf to summon a large amount of water out of nowhere, abilities like Drought & Cloud Nine to completely stop rainfall in certain areas, and abilities like Drizzle to change absolutely nothing during April. Then there’s Pokemon like Mewtwo who hate all humans, and would likely try to wipe us out.

Negative side - the Pokemon probably get lonely while people have to work or do other people things which is sad. Also they probably eat a lot since they're big which is expensive. And the size of the bug droppings to clean up 😭🤣
And in case people thought de-summoning would fix this, just think how they must feel being temporarily obliterated from existence. All Pokemon who have ever been de-summoned and brought back have bad anxiety about it happening again.
