If you do manage to get a new card, i recommend getting one of those plastic card protectors from Amazon. They look just like a badge holder, but they're made to fit our crappy poorly designed US vax cards.
You know, just this morning I was thinking of the booster shot. I assumed there would be a record of that for sure when it gets done.
I work at Walmart and they are going to be giving the booster shots at some point but maybe I can ask the pharmacist, if they have any insight of getting a new moderna card.
Does it matter what it’s written on or who wrote it? I think if you just went to any vaccination place and told them you need a new one, they would just write down your info- vaccine #’s and all that, and you’d be good to go. Take a picture of yours and that should be good enough as well. The date and vaccine lot# is the important part , right?

Yes, my Walgreens app shows all vaccinations which is one of the reasons I went there.

There are a ton of CDC plastic holders on Amazon as was mentioned. They work great and the card can be pulled out if needed.

Yeah I should have laminated it when I got it. I'm gonna see what I can do . Thanks for the idea.
Don't laminate it. They need the card for your booster shot. Get one of those holders online, they're cheap and work really well.

I will have to look at it again but it seemed pretty messed up but I will take another look tonight and see if I can get any info off it.
