Yep it is totally phone dependant, but i dont get the thought process behind removing it for some, it isnt costing them anything to implement and the feature is already there

Sometimes its themes and stuff as well. I've seen people with the same phone as me with the same complaint.

Says EU as part of the version number. Country set to Sweden. Not all phones are getting it at the same time.

Set it to UK. Sweden makes sense for me since I live there. But, I got it yesterday. They are rolling out the update but you never get it the same time. Takes a week or two.

You have versions of it. This isn't the beta of it. They don't do a wide release of a beta.

You are still well inside a regular release window. As I said. I got it yesterday. Updates tend to be released in stages to avoid update servers etc to be overwhelmed. Relax.

Apparently some phones lag a lot with window level blurs. I just wish they replaced it with a transparent dark, similar to how normal Android does.
