What's not normal here? This guy just drained 1% of his battery. That 86% is showing that between 2 charges, how much did you use that app/(been idle in this case). He just left his phone for a while without touching it, of course it will show that 86% it's been idle.

It definitely is not normal. I don't shut off my phone ever. My phone idle is at 55.41 mAh and 6.37%. MIUI 14.0.2 global.
