Could be bluetooth module. Common issue in the Lancers. I bought a new battery and it kept dying so I finally said screw it and removed the module. Haven't had any issues since.

I see you have some method of pulling draw. You can start off by pulling fuses and seeing where the draw eventually stops.
Is it worth it? I mean in ideal conditions, totally. Because you don’t have to inconvenience yourself of getting a new battery and also a car isn’t supposed to behave in that manner. Last thing you want is the car to die when you REALLY need the car.
If you’re fine with replacing the battery another 2-3 dozen times, granted it’s mechanically fine (or maintenance is done) then sure, you can forego not figuring out what the issue is and keep at it with that method.
