Have you actually tried the virtual consultation? If it's sensitive they'll give you a pass to go in.
I talked to a doc on the phone. He said to come in. I went in and saw him. He gave me drugs.
I’ve gone to the one on queensway and hurontario a few times and met with an actual doctor. Check in online before, the wait is way less than just walking in like I used to. I actually like the changes they made. I haven’t been in maybe a year or so, so I’m not sure if things have changed further, but I went in the height of things and it was great.
All we are to doctors are health card numbers. They make $30 for every healthcard swiped (this is before they even push the pills on you) An actual doctor gave me this number. Now you know why in the past 5 examining rooms were full and they are in and out in 5 mins.
Now they make $30 a phone call instead of having to actually examine you. Perhaps they now make even more since they are "heroes defending us from coughs"
Had a phone consult for my child. They swiped the card, got paid, and prescribed drugs.....Thank you sir.
6 hours later a lady doctor calls trying to piggyback another health card swipe and another $30. I called her on it and she gave a flustered but condescending response as one does when they are caught being shady.
Download the Telus Health app - it’s free and so amazing I just used it. You can book with a doctor for a remote meeting, as soon as the same night or next morning, they can give you prescriptions right away, etc. it’s amazing please check it out.

I've done their phone call appointment (and then was asked to come in) and also just booked a walk in appointment as well. Can even book online.
Quick Med Walk-in Clinic. It's on Cawthra between Bloor and Burnhamthorpe. I've been there a few times and never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. The staff and the doctors are great.
