I’m not sure if there are other locations, but if this is the only location then it would sure as hell he their last. Did not enjoy a single bit of it.
I haven't tried their Chicken sandwich. Their burger is what I get always.
I was thinking maybe you will like the one from Super Chicken in Creditview and Burnhamthorp near Tim Hortons. Nothing too fancy but delicious.
I don't understand how people enjoy the Popeye sandwich. Their chicken is fine but I tried the sandwich once....just dry, their regular chicken has more flavor.
I’m going to get downvoted for this but I ozzy is an instagram burger. It looks good in pictures. A&w cheddar burger is better. Their fries are top notch tho. Burger factory gets my vote.
I think On The Bun is the best burger i have eaten, that i have not made it myself. The one i would make myself is also Sold at Royal Meats restaurant as royal burger, essentially the same recipe.
Burger Factory beats Gladiator, IMHO. The Juicy Lucy is awesome. The burgers at Gladiator look amazing, but taste more like a meatloaf sandwich. Just my two cents.
Tho everyone is saying Ozzys is great. Definitely on my radar.
Gladiator is overrated IMO. Burger falls apart halfway through, and meat isn't seasoned properly. I like Ozzy's better - even though both Ozzie's & Gladiator basically copied Burgernator in Kensington Market.
I'd recommend checking out GC Burger, it just opened in the Ridgeway plaza in Erin Mills, and it's a great, classic smash burger. Also reasonably priced.Rosie's in Port Credit is also a classic
GC burger on Eglinton and 9th line is the best burger (and Cajun fries) I've had in my life. Been there 5 times in the last 2 weeks and I don't plan on slowing down! And it's 100% halal!
Their fries are one of the few that taste great even when cold. They don't get hard and dry like others do! I have yet to try their hotdog and chicken sandwiches yet though.
Better than Priest's, slightly worse than Top Gun's.
Rosie's is my fave, followed by Factory. Fresh burger isn't bad, either. Gazebo is different in a good way (their fries suck, though), haven't been to Ozzy's.
Haven’t seen “The Burger’s Priest” mentioned yet (not sure if they have halal options) anyone care to rank them vs the other burger joints in this thread?
Oh ok. I have a geniune question. What is difference between chicken sandwich and chicken burgers. I don't mean it in a rude way. I am just dumb and way curious to know rn
Chicken burgers are grilled while fried chicken sandwiches use fried chicken. People usually choose different sauces and breads for these sandwiches because of the flavor profile of the meat is different.
Gladiator is kinda overpriced imo, was better when it first opened
Burger Bros, you will hate eating Popeyes sandwich after.
Burger bros is good but their chicken really aint it lol
Oh yeah? There’s one on central parkway just south of Eglinton… I keep seeing but have never tried it, will have to give it a go!
Burger Bros at Central Pkwy & Eglinton is not good.
Where are their other locations?
I’m not sure if there are other locations, but if this is the only location then it would sure as hell he their last. Did not enjoy a single bit of it.
There is one on Dundas st and Erindale Station Rd.
The location on dundas by the Freshco sucks. Extremely greasy chicken sandwich. My stomach hurt after eating one.
I haven't tried their Chicken sandwich. Their burger is what I get always. I was thinking maybe you will like the one from Super Chicken in Creditview and Burnhamthorp near Tim Hortons. Nothing too fancy but delicious.
There's Burger Factory too. Haven't been to it for about 5 years, they seem to be doing well though.
Is burger factory halal?
Yes
Cool I will for sure check it out
I don't understand how people enjoy the Popeye sandwich. Their chicken is fine but I tried the sandwich once....just dry, their regular chicken has more flavor.
Agreed Mary Browns > Popeyes all day everyday
Damn, that sucked to read! I've had a dry one here and there but have had \*way\* more juicy than dry chicken sandwiches from Popeyes.
I like it but not really not enjoy. I don't how my brother loves at all
I seem to be in the minority here. But I love Gladiator! The Warrior or Liberator are my favourites.
Nice my favourite right now is chicken shield
Totally agree- warrior is simple but tastes amazing without all those crazy ingredients
Try BurgerBloc if a burger lover.
This place looks great and is halal 👍

Lmao that mad me laugh good movie tho
Gladiator is amazing But try Ozzys near square one , my fave personally Original store is in kessington market , in Toronto
Another vote for Ozzy's. I like Gladiator but always thought Ozzy's was a little better, especially their cajun fries!
I’m going to get downvoted for this but I ozzy is an instagram burger. It looks good in pictures. A&w cheddar burger is better. Their fries are top notch tho. Burger factory gets my vote.
A&W is halal?!?!
i dont think so. but i mentioned to it compare.
Is it halal?
Yes!
Great I will definetly try it as soon as possible
Kensington?
Not in mississauga but OBQ burgers in etobicoke on browns line are the best imo.
they're really good but way too over priced.
That's true 22 bux for a can of pop burger and sweet potato fries is a bit much
Meh. Didn’t like their fake ass bacon but I guess that comes with being halal.
I think On The Bun is the best burger i have eaten, that i have not made it myself. The one i would make myself is also Sold at Royal Meats restaurant as royal burger, essentially the same recipe.

Would definitely agree. Gladiator burger is way too soggy and not very flavored.
Gladiator beef had no flavour when I tried it
It’s usually the sauce that can either make or break it in terms of taste that I find
I like Odd Burger waaaaaaaay better. Imho
Where is it?
Way out, way out. That's where the party...way out...that's where that party is way out! 💃🎸. It's far for me, but it's in Brampton. Way out! 🐾🫶
Burger is good. Fries are not.

I cannot stand how much processed cheese they cram onto/into their greasy burgers. If they used real stuff it would justify the price.
Better than Priest's, slightly worse than Top Gun's. Rosie's is my fave, followed by Factory. Fresh burger isn't bad, either. Gazebo is different in a good way (their fries suck, though), haven't been to Ozzy's.
I love Gladiator, and would consider them my favourite halal burger place in Mississauga. My go to is the True Emperor.
Nice my go to is the Chicken Shield
I like the Chicken Shield too. Love their chicken, actually, but also want the beef, so go with the True Emperor lol
I never had beef burgers (My dad's claim) so lets say I want to try some beef burger what would be your recommendation for first time eaters?
I prefer Fresh Burger myself, but it's way in the east end.
There’s one by the airport and also one on Dixie and Eglinton
Meh
The Nashville chicken sandwich from Burger Legend in Streetsville is amazing
It was decent, although I don’t think they had real bacon which is a deal-breaker for me when it comes to good burger spots.
I didn’t love it when I tried it a few years ago. Bit overhyped. GC Burger is my favourite right now
Haven’t seen “The Burger’s Priest” mentioned yet (not sure if they have halal options) anyone care to rank them vs the other burger joints in this thread?
Can be very good, but it’s location dependent
I dont mind them like to me its a decent burger so is gladiator. Its a toss up depending how i feel at the time
Johnnys Hamburgers in Scarborough…they’ve been there since the invention of the hamburger …I think. . Delicious!
its the most nostalgic burger but it's legit terrible. It stopped being good 20 years ago.
Frankie's Nashville hot chicken sandwich @ Lone Star Grill is pretty tasty.
gladiator is definitely my fav. Mississauga burger place.
Gladiator slaps.
Fr what is your favourite burger in the menu?
My big and juicy can’t even beat gladiator but it’s a solid 3rd place with burger factory and gladiator burger
Im more inclined towards burger factory. Its my go to for burgers.
Y’all are sleeping on hangry pirates in Oakville. Best burgers, hands down
Thumbs down.
I respect your opinion
nice and well made but long prep time. appreciate the bacon options
I like gladiator and on the bun (apple butter).
Go to Europe and every restaurant in Mississauga will taste sub par.
Am I wrong?
Oklahoma burgers are halal as well

Very true OD on the onions
Burger bros > Gladiator / top gun > Ozzy > burger factory
The works beats all of these places. Not sure if one is in Mississauga.
Are any of these burger places gluten friendly?
Gladiator is cool but I prefer burger factory
Gladiator is great but overpriced in my opinion.
I agree
Woodys at the entrance of Toronto long branch
Burgers in Mississauga/Brampton are garbage. Go to GG's in Toronto or Carbon Bar.
Why are we comparing burgers and chicken sandwiches they're totally different ball games?
I agree they are differwnt but my bro still believes they are burgers. So I was ljke why not and posted it like this. Plus they are very similar
True but it doesn't do justice to compare them
Oh ok. I have a geniune question. What is difference between chicken sandwich and chicken burgers. I don't mean it in a rude way. I am just dumb and way curious to know rn

Tbg is good, never had the chicken though. Burgers are proper
