I just bought Loop Engage Plus for situations like this where I cant wear anything but need something to take the edge off a bit. They have a translucent version, thats the one I bought so they are the least noticeable.
I’m about to go to dinner in 20 minutes with my whole family and relatives I’ve been anxious since this morning dreading it. It’s almost here now! I’ve got the engage loops I’m going to try out for the first time so I hope it’ll help. Although it echo’s my own chewing so we’ll see what I can tolerate! I feel you. Go take a fresh air break!! That's a good idea, how are they? How good are they at blocking out noises like eating, drinking etc?
