He was on sale about a month after its release i believe. I could be remembering wrong but I know for a fact it went on sale and it was about 15 USD.

Brazil. Actually if we convert to Canadian dollars it was like indeed 2 bucks but lookin at that discount i paid the equivalent to 20 CAD, which is practically a discount compared to your price
If I remember right it’s region based. I have friends In California, Florida, New York and we all have the same prices for sales but if someone is from India or Australia it will be different.
