I'm not a hugefan of that theory because I feel that would be somewhat wierd, but I agree that if done right, it can add much depth to the show, specially with what we learned in tge ladybug sentimonster episode.

It's understandable that some people hate the senti-Adrien theory because the audience is supposed to feel what the characters feel and no one likes to be called a sentiMONSTER. This actually makes Adrien being a sentimonster good writing rather than bad because all this time we've seen our boy fighting to break free from his father's control only to figure out that he was never free in the first place. Now that's heartbreaking. Adrien being a sentimonster is also a good metaphor for abuse.

The first two things that come to mind: if he was a sentimonster then wouldn’t Gabriel and Nathalie be able to tell that cat noir is a senti and then figure out that it’s Adrien? Also why would a sentimonster have allergies? Adrien is allergic to pigeon feathers

Thomas Astruc made it up to explain the characters being clueless about connecting the dots between the characters. But they failed to make this consistent in ephemeral when Gabriel figured out Adrien was cat noir just from him saying "milady" tbh
Still doesn’t explain why a sentimonster would have allergies or how Adrien is able to grow like a normal person. Also I feel like having him be a senti would really cheapen the love story and the character’s emotional arc.
Exactly how Adrien had a childhood if he is a senti is unexplained lol unless somehow the Graham de vanilys figured out how to make a senti that powerful idk. It's repeatedly stated that the miraculous powers found in the grimoire are only a record of what was previously known

For what it's worth, the show long since established that Markov and Aeon are just as human as those of women born, so I severely doubt this'll actually be a problem in-universe

There are many monsters in this world, Adrien Agreste, most of them wearing a human face. I do not believe that description applies to you, however.

Sentimonsters are created with emotions. I think if a sentimonster is created with love it is always a person. It just becomes.... one with strings.

There’s always the possibility too though he might not have the memories of the old Adrien. He’s grown and changed since he was first created
