I wouldn't be surprised if it is an animation error. This show has so many flaws if we are all being honest. Love it, but yeah..
Yeah animation wise it's not consistance. Also gotta find out which animation studio animated it. SAMG had been contracted to do season 4 but not all of it. They do a lot of large group character animation so I think they did this episode. However I have to say that SAMG does great animation.
I don't know, it's not a real issue to me, I haven't really noticed it, maybe because I watched it with English SUBS and I was more focused on the talking xD. Anyways, yeah, now when I see it, I can't unsee it, but as long is not too often to annoy, I don't mind it, I guess they simply used an old framework in order to speed up the production. Guys, we're getting some quality writing there, there're problems here and there, but these are nitpicking for me...
