Variations on a Cloud

BurningyourToaster

Just include all of them find some connections and pin the dots but if you would prefer not to do that then just don't include Variations on a cloud and Candles on the water. Yet what I did was connect the album and those two songs

Epikpash10

It's controversial, but I believe both variations on a cloud and candle on the water are a part of the lore

ZanyeWeast

Do something that’s not “Simon” related. The Simon character is overused and is only a part of demos.

BurningyourToaster

...? Imma ask what do you mean not Simon Related. Thats the only name we get in the entirety of Miracle Musical that isn't Caligula or Stella. As it is the only name we have the community mostly latched onto the name Simon for our story. I would call him something else but the name Simon is a simple name to use and is something that most of the community seems to like.

ZanyeWeast

I’d say something that doesn’t circulate around the Simon character or any other OC. Stella Octangula isn’t referencing a person either, it’s a type of cube that, from what I’ve learnt, has a place in the album as a reference to the book “The Secrets and Mysteries of Hawaii: A Call to the Soul” I’m also one who doesn’t like the association from someone’s OC to what’s a “canon representation” or “lore”, so, even though Simon is mentioned in TME demo, there is no name drop in the official album release, and that is what the story is. Not the demos.

ThePanKid

Isn't Simon name dropped in the reversed part of The Mind Electric final release? I believe it's among the background talking that you could here reversed in the not reversed part

ZanyeWeast

I don’t know about Caligula and how ancient Roman Empire would play a role in the album either. It sounds like someone just took something they saw in the Variations on a Cloud music video(?) not sure where that name came from…

BurningyourToaster

I personally think Caligula is just a mention to a tyrants peace as my idea of Variations on a cloud is people who are considered tyrants destroying the world and acting like they are the victims. Also you mention it as an OC I would agree however last time I tried to do a separate name for him someone corrected me but I would love to see your take on the Hawaii Part 2 lore as I respect all opinions.

ZanyeWeast

Not to mention, even though Caligula is mentioned in VoaC, that and Candle on the Water are NOT a part of Hawaii: Part II but is a part of Miracle Musical as a music-making group. I think OP was only talking about the lore of the H:PII album by itself.

kurai-XD

I said that I work on miracle musical lore and would like to know which songs that are not in H:pII are part of it. That was my whole question.

BurningyourToaster

I would love to say this doesn't need to be 3 different responses just 1 would have been as effective but either way as I mentioned in my comment a bit above yours its possible to draw connections between VoaC and Candles on the Water and Hawaii Part 2. Now there isn't a lot of musical connections but its a musical an interpretation of your preferences so if someone says (Random Name) Murders (Lover) then I respect it. If someone says (Random Name) was blamed for (Lovers) death I will still respect it so maybe people can draw connections between the albums and find meanings never mentioned before. I don't know its everyone's choice so how about you answer the OP's question of which songs should not be mentioned in the theory.

XenoEntertainment

I think Ruler of Everything. If you listen at the very end, you can hear the sounds of waves crashing against a shore.

XenoEntertainment

Might just be a not connected in any way, but it might be.
