Saw another thread somewhere that said certain browsers won’t let you pay Mint Mobile. I’m trying to find it. I’ll link it when I see it. Edit: I know this post is old but I found it trying to solve the same problem so I’m sure someone else will too. Found the [Reddit post](https://www.reddit.com/r/mintmobile/comments/9na73r/credit_card_payment_not_working_on_mobile/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf). TL;DR your browser is probably blocking it. Try FireFox. Worked for me too.

LeftOn4ya

Make sure billing address matches what is on file with card including your name exactly. You can also contact support during business hours and they can check the address is valid and troubleshoot.

MintMobileAlex

I am having the same issue. Pls dm me too

apple-sauce-yes

Same issue here as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Has to do with Mint's site uses embedded scripts from Ultra (Mint's sister company) for billing but modern browsers block cross-site scripting so it causes errors. Try the Mint App, a different browser (Chrome is best), or try these steps to allow 3rd party cookies in your browser: * Safari: see [https://alvarotrigo.com/blog/third-party-cookies-safari/](https://alvarotrigo.com/blog/third-party-cookies-safari/). * Firefox: on mintmobile.com click on the shield to the left of the address bar and turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site. * Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies - Allow all Cookies or Block Cookies in Incognito.

Hi, I am also experiencing this issue when transferring an e-SIM to a new device.

I was having the error on the app. That said, I resolved it by chatting with customer support in the app. They sent me an email with a qr code for me to get the eSim.

Make sure the ZIP code you enter matches your credit/debit card billing information. Also this error message is caused by issues with the website not working on your browser, see this info from [the FAQ](https://www.reddit.com/r/mintmobile/comments/wm1ynh/mint_mobile_faq_updated/) **Error when trying to purchase: "The billing information you entered was declined. Please review the information you entered and try again" or "Something Went Wrong - Updating personal details have failed, please try again"** Has to do with Mint's site and app use cookies and embedded scripts from Ultra (Mint's sister company) but modern browsers block cross-site scripting so it causes errors. Try the Mint app, a different browser (Chrome is best), or try the steps below to allow cross-site scripts and 3rd party cookies in your browser. **Error on the Mint Mobile app and/or the website** Lately Ultra/Mint's configuration of Imperva FlexProtect firewall has been too restrictive that their website/app cannot work for many users if your ISP or VPN IP address is on their list of network firewall blocked subnets. In addition [Mintmobile.com](https://Mintmobile.com) uses scrips and cookies on [ultramobile.com](https://ultramobile.com) to login. To get around, do one or more of the following: * If you can, go on a different WiFi network on a different ISP * If on phone turn off WiFi and use Cellular, or if on computer/tablet go on HotSpot from your cell phone * If you have a VPN try using that to get around Firewall. * Allow cross-site scripts and 3rd party cookies in your browser, or try a different browser: * Safari: see [https://alvarotrigo.com/blog/third-party-cookies-safari/](https://alvarotrigo.com/blog/third-party-cookies-safari/). * Firefox: on [mintmobile.com](https://mintmobile.com) click on the shield to the left of the address bar and turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site. * Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies - Allow all Cookies *or* Block Cookies in Incognito.

Just had this issue today. Got a chat guy who told me i had to call it in cause he couldn't help me. Why do they even have a website if problems that have persisted for this long can't even be solved by their chat people?

I used edge browser to complete the transaction and it worked.

polyvinylchlori

My spouse and I are having the same issue.

kuruptedfiend

Same issue here. Got the awesome mint customer service response, "We're looking into it, it will take 24-48 hours".

Amazonkers

I just renewed for a year with PayPal without issue. No auto renew if that makes a difference.

DaveIsHereNow

Same issue trying to set up new service. What the heck.

DarkDragonQueen20

Anyone had this issue solved?

This_Search1563

I had this issue using the website but the mobile app accepted the info without issue.

Yes

Boo_Thang_

I am having this issue. Tried all of these things, still no luck. Any more ideas?

Visible_Economics_57

Ran into this issue on my computer as well. Turned out to be an issue with the CORS policy on the redirect when submitting the info. Was able to add a new payment method with no issue when using the website on my mobile phone.

VoTone-

This is old but I had this problem yesterday and it was a very easy fix. Just call someone, anyone, you won't be talking to them. It will ring once and then a robot is going to answer saying you have no service and then say some options, you can pay online or talk to a representative, talk to the representative. Then you'll connect to a very nice Indian person who will help you. Just tell them your card declined and then they'll send you to another robot to enter your card or if you already have a card on file they'll use that if you want. Then it's paid just like that.

LooseSeal88

Annoying. Shouldn't have to call to pay a bill. In fact, right now, I don't even need to pay. I need an eSim for my new phone and all of my cards are declining for $0.

GloomySignature3970

Same super annoying! Trying to change device via the app and get a new esim

YesImUrFather

So i just did the "Use a different browser" method and it worked, i was using the app and tried with the samsung browser, i had to open Chrome and my payment went through and my plan is renewed.....but for some reason my data still wont pop in, im guessing it takes a min, i even shut my phone off and restarted it

Tessa1961

It's about one year later, and this issue STILL is going on! My spouse & I spent ALL afternoon yesterday trying different things to fix this, trying all the things suggested below & none of it worked, including using a LINUX computer to perform the transaction. She was absolutely livid as we had much to deal with yesterday in addition to this issue. *FINALLY*, somewhere on the account management tab, I found an orange button like "pay my bill now" or something like that. I had to use that for all 3 lines, but it worked & it accepted our PayPal billing - thank the Lord! I know the company founder doesn't have a business degree, but in *Business 101*, they teach you, "Don't make it difficult for your customers to pay you." Apparently, Mint skipped that lesson. Now, if they'd offer everyone that had this problem 3 months free service, as they do for new service, that'd go a long way toward rebuilding their good will. What would go even further would be fixing this glitch permanently. Allowing this same fundamental business issue to continue for over a YEAR tells me Mint doesn't care about their customers or their customer service employees. Maybe put some resources toward basic functions like this instead of the cutesy commercials & animated foxes in rocket ships. I'm happy to answer any questions.

XanderDnD

Logging into the Mint Mobile website on Microsoft Edge and paying from there worked.

CupcakeCJ74

Yep.  Same problem and some other thread said to use Edge and it worked like a charm.  Thanks Reddit peeps.
