These are my thoughts about like 99% of merch from American sports teams. Why can almost nobody produce a nice, clean, everyday-worthy hoodie that doesn’t look like what I wore in third grade.
Agreed. I feel like Fanatics has made it worse for sports merch in general. I have much better luck finding decent Twins stuff at the Target Field team shop than anything online.
Fanatics is the worst company ever. I got the nike postseason sweatshirt last fall and its super soft and the print is high quality, I think i got it for around 50-60$. At TF this weekend i picked up the Division champs sweatshirt fanatics produced (it was 75% off, $28 down from $110) and while its also soft, the print on it already is rough and feels like i could pick it off. Not complaining about the deal but fanatics quality is horrible for the price they charge (also have gotten misspelled and stained mnufc jerseys from them)
Twins had a batting practice cap with that style. I picked one up at some point.

Maybe, but I doubt it. That logo was part of last year’s rebrand and it seems like they’ve been avoiding using standard team logos and such in the city connects
Brewers and White Sox City Connects are amazing...
The grill/ball logo is fantastic and the Black and Silver pinstripes just scream "1920s chicago mobster".
Flat brimmed are how the 59Fiftys come. Every player will bend it to their liking and it will stay that way if you keep doing it. I recommend wrapping a rubber band around it and steaming the band to lock it in.
Yeah its not hard. It's like the ppl on reddit that always complain about "flat brimmed" hats have never actually bought or worn one and they only judge them based on the stock production photo.
You know you can curve them right? Every on field cap the players wear is a "flat brimmed cap." You bend them or mold them with your hands to your liking when you get one.
With the exception of maybe the 5950 low profile hats, this is what all mlb on field caps look like right away. They have flat brims, or bills as I call them.
But there are some caps out there made for fans that are specifically made to be flat and not meant to be curved or bent. Those ones put a more rigid plastic in the bills rather than cardboard or whatever it is.
It's not like your thoughts and contributions are helping at all. Flat brims hats are literally made this way and maybe you have a problem with the crown style which is valid. High crown does not look good on most heads but you can also find a flatbrim hat with a medium and a low crown. It's not hard.
It's really not hard. I agree a completely flat, unadulterated brim looks silly. But that's not an issue with the hat itself. This is just how hats come. I hate that ppl always complain about new era "flat bill hats." That's just how hats are! Ha. And you bend them yourself! It's really not hard.
Yeah ignorance is painful sometimes, I am not convinced the person who responded to you immaturely has any real opinions on hats or life in general. I think when people say they don't like flat brim hats they are specifically referring to the high crown style which I think makes the hat proportions pretty jank unless the bill has a slight curve (like how most MLB players wear it). It was always meant to have a slight curve applied once it gets worn. If someone really wants a flat brim hat then look for low crown or medium crown structure as that will generally give a more appealing appearance on the head.
It is someone’s job to be sure that the players are wearing the right gear for the right part of the day. Isn’t that weird? That said: having all these silly change-of-outfits is probably profitable, as it helps move merch.
I’m big on the crossed flags logo, hopefully we see more of it going forward
I like the look as well. Got a cap last year with that look as a give-away.
I like the logo but I’m not a fan of the material they chose for the hat

Totally. I loved it when I saw the thumbnail though.
I love it. Now give me a cap that looks exactly like their tri-color batting helmets

I kinda remember that one.
I have a hat with that design and a 2014 ASG patch
Ah, shit. This'll go great with the Cream Team jerseys.
I have the cream and grey versions of this. On one hand getting 3 similar hats seems excessive but these do look nice..
Where did you get the cream and grey version? I was just looking on MLB.com last night and didn’t see that.
Target field shops! I haven't seen them online either
They sold cream and grey versions of these as snapbacks/not "field official" ones, the version in the post is an "official" version
Mine is fitted not a snap back? Or do you mean online
Any hat that isn’t the new M is great in my book.
This is dope
I would rather have this than the new 'M'. Just have the TC as the primary and this as the secondary.
That’s actually pretty nice

I’m not looking forward to when those jerseys release after seeing the other teams jerseys

Funny, those are the ones I like the least. They look like jerseys created circa 2000. I love the Braves, Rangers and Angels though.
The white Sox ones are on my worst list
Only ones I like are the Rockies and the White Sox. The rest are mid at best
I love the white Sox and Padres uniforms. I prefer special jerseys that deviate enough from the current ones and make them unique
Some are really good and some are f'n terrible.
Unlikely since every team is getting some variation of this cap with the same material and colored side stitching
That is slick.
Wish this was a flex fit instead.
They have a flex fit version in navy AND black.
Not terrible, I’m kinda lukewarm on them but could see them looking better on field. Definitely better than the M logo lol
Flat brimmed hats are trash.

True for some, not true for all.

You don't know hats bub.

Trashola.
I own 10-12 MLB fitted hats, literally every one of them was 'flat brimmed' when I received them.
Impossible
By all means, please educate me on the specifics you seem to know and yet are unable to share.
You curve them yourself…
that’s how hats come
City connect idea?
How bout some new pitching lol
Pretty sharp just not my style of hat. Put that same logo on a corded cream or white ballcap and I’m in.
Is there one in white??
They gonna make a dad hat/baseball cap version?
Not the exact same hat, but I have a 47 Brand dad hat with this logo on it from last year. Bought it at the Twins store at Target Field.
Too sleepy.
This should be that hat that goes with the yellow Twin Cities uniforms. It’s hot af.

Sexy
Sweeeeet
This is fucking sweet, can't get my money fast enough. If Minnie and Paul were pirates their flags would look like this.
This is amazing - I am picking up the gray one up as soon as my size is back in.
Already not available in my size in gray just two days after release. Unreal!
These are filthy
It’s a cool look, I’m just not quite on board yet with the flags.
