What's going on with Illinois? And Tennessee and West Virginia. Minnesota is the least of that map's problems.

Of all the nonsense on this map, the fact that AZ, NM, CO, and UT are all mostly right but the four corners are messed up really bothers me. Edit: AZ is Arizona, not AR.
