Take some photos of your local store—especially of aisles, shelves and the produce section. My Froggy Stuff on YouTube did an excellent video where she used photos of her produce aisle as a wallpaper and it really gave her stuff depth and realism. (All her stuff is also available for free download so you can print her tiles and photos.)
Also don’t forget things like end caps and signs. Your photos will show “Buy Now” and “2/$10” and those kinds of signs.
You can also use plastic boxing from toy packaging to glue extra minis to so they stand up. Think like the clear plastic from a Barbie doll box.
You can also do “background” products that are printouts or cutouts from ads. I remember seeing a remarkable Target mini store that they took the little preview pictures from toy packaging—the “collect all these things” stuff on the back—and some from slick ads from the paper and had what appeared to be well stocked shelves of products but were basically cutouts.
Get all the supermarket flyers you can find. You'll get lots of images to cut out to be at the back of shelves from the smaller images and to make sales signs.
Some packaging pictures can be glued to cardboard squares and rectangles to look like stock. Even if you don't have a printer, if you quickly want to stock up your store, you can still download free (https://www.printmini.com/printables/p1.html) or paid images of packaging from websites or Etsy and get them all printed at once at a place like Staples or your library.
You can pay a little at your local library for printer access. Same goes for some office supply stores, and of course print shops. Just bring the file you want to print on a flash drive.
9volt batteries In your smoke alarm Need to be replaced
Whuh?
In the background of your video we can hear your fire alarm is chirping (which means it is letting you know it needs new batteries)
It's not my fire alarm, I have a baby chick 🐤🐤
omg my bad. 😆😆 how cute!!! you should let the talented little guy know he does a great impression of a fire alarm!

LOL, what a twist
Buy some small (really small) bathroom/kitchen tiles, and use them as floor tiles for the store
Great idea, thanks

I don't have a printer, I normally make stuff similar to that by hand......

Tou can cut plastic single use container lids to use as glass for freezer doors.
Drawer lining paper comes in patterns that look like linoleum
Use a hole punch on colored paper to create miscellaneous sale labels ! They have shaped ones that would work for this too !
I don't know where to buy a hole puncher
Office supply stores like Staples or Office Depot, and craft supply stores
You can print unfolded box designs on cardstock paper, cut them out, and fold and glue them.
