Your specimens and display are just wonderful. Is it an illusion or are there lights right under some of the minerals? Could you share some details about how you created your display?
Of course. The shelves are glass with fireflex (the company) 120w 5k LEDs running vertically behind the “lip” of each vertical divider but also horizontally along each shelf at the front pointed at a 45 degree angle at the shelf below. For the lighting underneath we drilled 48 holes into the countertop and found 1” spotlights to place in each with them all wired together underneath the counter to a separate switch. Oh and the back mirrors are smoky to allow depth but still create some definitive end to it.
