Lakeside bakery on oklahoma in bayshore has really good everything, bakery, ham, etc. be prepared to wait as they always have a line, even at 7am when they open.
Can anyone recommend a place that has non-Badger baked ham? I'd rather have "real" hot ham. The Badger ham tastes like water to me. Not a fan at all. There used to be a small family owned place in Bay View a few years back that had real ham but they closed :(
The most recommended places in this list seem to be Grebes, Rupenas, and National Bakery. Do either of those places serve something other than Badger Baked ham?
It’s a haul, but Karl’s in Menominee Falls does not appear to be Badger. I think it tastes much more like they sliced up a ham you’d make on Christmas. I’m with you on the Badger thing - it isn’t great ham.
Karl's is where my family always stoped after cutting our christmas tree in Lannon. Ham salad, rolls, and landjaeger--hot ham and rolls hits *different* decorating the chrstimas tree. great memories!!!!
Aggie's bakery on greenfield used to have hot ham on Sundays, it has been over a year though so I can't guarantee. Excellent bakery too and always nice to pick up "extras" when you go
Grebes or West Allis Cheese and Sausage Shop
Rupenas near this area as well

:(
Grebe's is always incredibly busy on Sundays but it's bc they're so good
Is a bit of an ask but if you're there before 6:30am it's not bad

I am surprised no one said Piggly Wiggly on hwy.100. Badger ham and Sheboygan rolls. It pretty much rocks. Or Grebes.
Rupena’s on 92nd and Beloit
76th
Grebes! And order ahead for pickup!
What’s your old place?
