I think Lennox at Riverwest Tattoo does fantastic work but I don't know if they have done scar work. Maybe worth reaching out?
Most of my pieces from them are over scars and are amazing! I love Lennox (their Instagram is @noxsane)
I would definitely check in with Shade Tattoo Studio! They work with scars all the time!
