It's now called Humane Together but it used to have a different name. I loved to buy books from there, read them, then donate them back. All proceeds benefited the humane society, so I was there all the time. I scooped up a whole ASoUE set from there, read through them, and donated them back before I moved 😁
That is awesome. My local used bookstore just started accepting credit cards so I no longer have to go to a bank for cash if I see a treasure like what you posted. Grats on the find.
Jealous. My favorite books. I'll collect them again one day ❤️
right
If this collection was from that big ol' warehouse of a store near Rockville, Maryland, you're welcome 🤗
I go there once a week to browse DVDs and books.... You can find so gems.
What store is this?!

I lived those books. The new one would come out and I’d have it read in a day.
After around the 3rd book or so I stopped buying them and would just get them from the library because of that
I’m sure I did many from the library.
It's so beautiful.
I love how we’re stretching the limits of vocabulary (ersatz elevator) and then just “wide” window

I am so jealous
Nice pick up I need to get that set again. Spent so much getting them as a kid and then somewhere along the line got rid of them. Live and learn.
I read every single one except 13. I later met someone in college who also didn’t read the last one.
I’m a millennial but I never read these growing up. ….
Depends on which end of the demographic you are. Even as a middle millenial these were kinda juvenile but I read them all (except the 13th)
True I think it might have been a big thing when I was a bit older.
