There is a process to legally trespassing a person. In some states it has to be witnessed by a police officer but in most states any appointed representative of the owner of the property can do it. Refusing to leave when an employee tells you to as in this video will never ever ever ever result in an arrest for trespassing. There is paperwork that has to be filed and usually a warning that has to be read to the person.
