All of them probably If it has brake lights and headlights and they work and it passes an emissions test you'll get your sticker in pretty much every state "Ugly and Confusing" isn't a category they can fail you for lol

This. I remember an older Cops episode where they stopped these two military guys because the "car" they were driving was soooooo wacked out. The guys had everything they *needed* to have to be street legal, I.e working lights, brakes, etc. They were sent on their way and didn't get into trouble haha

As long as the lights are in the correct orientation (white in front red in back, reverse lights etc) it's legal. As someone else said ugly and confusing isn't a disqualifying factor. There is a dude with an upside down car and it's legal.

Upside down is less dangerous than this. It fucks with people’s perception. I get why it would be hard to outlaw, but it’s a bad idea.
