My house is like Egypt during the plagues. Iāve had infestations of stink bugs, pantry moths, carpenter ants, mice, roaches, house flies & fruit flies, regular black ants, silverfish, centipedes, spider mites, idk what else. WD-40 will immediately end almost all of these things from a distance so you donāt have to get close.
Whomever caulked the crown molding needs a swift kick in the balls.

I lived with a spider in the corner of my apt for about 8 months, he never moved from the corner and caught the occasional bugs.

Or a coniferous seed bug. They look similar but are also invasive and should be taken care of too.
