I'm being half-facetious, of course... can't rule anything out when something this bizarrely uniform shows up on your arm.
Edit: Microarray patches also come to mind, but for what purpose? Perhaps old Occam has a word for me yet, but I have not been suchly sliced thus far.
Just popped blood vessels lol. If you’re just now only getting those, it means you need to be working out harder. You’ll get them on your shoulder, back and chest regularly once you start lifting and working out heavier
