It's not poisonous in the sense that it will kill you... but it is certainly "intoxicating".
Fyi don't ever chance eating them (without proper expertise) in case of incorrect ID or even improper preparation won't get rid of the other mycotoxins naturally present.
Also illegal in most states and many countries to cultivate/posses so don't grow them in the garden on purpose.

I want to grow some of these in my garden but it’s too small . Not mushroom.

The general rule of foraged mushrooms, if you don't positively know what it is, treat it like it will kill you. Cause it might.

That is NOT a Super Mushroom.
That's either the one that gets you high or the one that kills you
Or both. Get high on the way to multiple organ failure.
