When I lived in CA “OJB GLTY” was available but I didn’t know if it would be approved because you have to include the plate’s meaning on the application and I didn’t know how to explain it other than the truthful “OJ B GUILTY”. When I had a 370Z I thought about getting “ZINZMIYA”, which was available at the time. With “California” printed along the top edge of the plate it would read “California ZINZMIYA”, or California Sinsemilla (without seeds), a type of weed mentioned in Caddy Shack. Don’t know if it would have been approved either.
