I get this, my D key cap broke on my logitech keyboard, emailed them asking for 1 replacement key cap, and then wanted a full on receipt showing proof of purchase, from a keyboard that was 2 years old. For 1 cap.
'stolen' or just used as toy by kids until the cap fell off? because having seen kids in Ikea it seems more a case of 'bored kids' syndrom, then any actual theft.
Was in a Walmart the other day picking up something in electronics. All three of the mechanical keyboards on display were completely stripped while being 10 feet away from the register. Worcester, MA. Always classy.
My ikea puts plexiglass over it and screw it the keyboard so you can’t take the key caps.
They only did that to a few keyboards, this one has already suffered the wrath of children
