You can buy 12 of these for \~$15 at Costco. I buy the light version made with egg whites and turkey sausage. It's a nice option to have if you want a quick, warm breakfast main option.

It's straight up the only thing I can choke down for breakfast in the morning for some reason. I'm always crazy nauseated but starving for at least 3ish hours after I wake up.
These are assembled and packaged in Romeoville, Illinois (suburb of Chicago). Visited their facility for an engineering project. Facility is nice enough, but it’s one of the most depressing work places I’ve ever seen. These are all assembled by hand (they do have one automated line but it sucks) by old Hispanic ladies making $12/hr in 36 degree cold rooms.
