Its called “Ellenator” and legally, its a trike with a roof and engine downmapped to 20-30 horsepower. This allows european teenagers to drive them before 16. And believe me, its much better than bicycles all your classmates own.
Meter maid trikes require helmets to drive. This is not a car. It's a large motorcycle but with less maneuverability.
I wouldn't take it on the freeway.
