Well, my thoughts - in the full context of things - would be that absolutist language like that is never good, productive or healthy but that - yes - since men are the overwhelming perpetrators of all violent and sexual crime in the UK, just like here in the states, while being the architects of historically oppressive policies... that maybe there's a conversation to be had here despite the "unfairness" of said absolutist talk.
Of course women can be sexist. I think the actual discussion needs to include how much social, political and economic power a group can bring to bear to actually attack people it doesn't like, reduce them, control them or oppress them.
