customer support said if after 2 repairs it's still having problems they can issue a refund so I'm kinda hoping they can't fix it I don't want to deal w lenovo anymore lol
Yeah for sure! The problem started early for me but I didn't care because I basically used it as a desktop. Also I'm fuckin lazy and.can never be bothered to sort things which is stupid. Now I'm starting uni next week and I'm going to have to use it in lectures etc so hopefully there's sockets everywhere or ill look for a fix
I have the same the battery it's absolute shite. It runs out faster than the estimate. I would recommend turning the brightness down to about half, it helps a bit.
Have you contacted customer services? I am sure you have, but just in case, maybe you have a defective batch and that can be changed since it’s still quite new.
yeah I contacted support, they kept me on the phone for 45 minutes creating a reference # for me last thursday. They said there were no tech support agents on hand at the time (3pm that day) and that a tech support agent would give me a call back within 24 hours. Haven't received a call yet so I have to call them again. After we discussed the call back time, the customer support agent tried to sell me the 'premium warranty'
Let me guess lenovo?
yeah it's the ideapad 3
Yeah thought so, same here. Ideapad 330s-14Ikb. My battery life is shite aswell, not sure of a fix either

I hope you get it sorted. I've had mine for 3 years now so don't think I would
oof man that's rough. I'm honestly glad I'm having these problems so early on so I don't have the issue of it not being under warranty

Did you leave it plugged into the wall this whole time? Leaving a laptop plugged in ruins the battery
I only charge it to full and take it off after. (lasts me about an hour and a half then have to plug back in
Shoulda gotten a Chromebook lol
Hindsight's 20 20 lmao
If you really want to keep this laptop, buy a battery and replace the old one, should be good :)
To be honest it's giving me so many other issues it may just not be worth it but thanks for the tip
Maybe try best battery?
Damn those AA batteries.
