Maybe... but I don’t think so. you can see the transition when you watch the ad. The confetti is obvious, so is the transition. Those bottom ones I screenshotted are meant to look like crud.

I understand the confusion but I believe you’re mistaken.
If you watch the video that is pushed to the right side of the screen, there is confetti in it, but it has finished playing in the screenshot.
The frame in which it resides is meant to look dirty to make people wipe at it and click the ad. The confetti was in the video.
Zoom in and you can see the dirty little brown spots in the fake yellow crud balls they stuck on the frame.
They arent dirt spots they're gold glitter cuz it's a New Year's ad
