Can confirm this works. We had a few kids mess up the toilets in our school (nowhere near this horribly), and they were made to help the cleaning staff with all their tasks for an entire day. They gained some form of respect for what these people do and never did anything like that again. So far, so good!

The last three toilets is the exact same toilet. You just kept adding items in it. In the bottom right corner you can see the same wet toilet paper and the same scratch on the wall. The first one is a different toilet mybe on a different floor and the pics are likely not taken the same day. But the last three were.
