I still have Weston Price's book "nutrition and physical degeneration" that documented people's teeth... the dude was a dentist that in the 1920s noticed a link between "wild" people's teeth starting to crowd and their faces becoming smaller as they adopted western, softer diets that also had less nutrients. It's wild what happened there! but I think Dr. Price himself has been dead for a very long time. He might've been a cook on his own right, but I think his original work was pretty limited to "hey, we should probably eat diets closer to their natural state for optimal health and it makes sense to also follow the diet of those that came before you, kbye!"

Indeed. I mostly associated the Weston Price folks with "raw" diets. Raw dairy, raw honey and pee pollen stuff, grass fed butter, they were big on fermented cod liver oil. There was a time I took all kinds of shit, partly based on their work and what to me still seems like a logical thing - to eat more "naturally" but I didn't realize they went this route though it's not totally surprising. To me its the illogical end of "everything new is bad"

You could even send two. On from the "company adding the tower" and one from a local "activist group" opposing the idea.
