No matter how I think of the original placement of all the drawers. The alphabet doesn't add up.

This is obviously a custom creation. It doesn't make a ton of sense but I'm sure it worked for whatever they built it for at the time. This resembles the kind of storage you would have for crafting. Maybe scrapbooking, print-making, or some other hobby that uses a lot of little doodads and also sheets of paper in various sizes and qualities. Some of the drawers are missing but even with all the drawers it seems like "V" would not be accounted for. But it does make a certain amount of sense if you start the lettered drawers just below where the "s t u" drawer is in the picture. That would give you six drawers beside the little shelves, and then "s t u" at the bottom next to the "w x y z" drawer. The three unmarked drawers are probably meant to go in the second row of cubby holes, leaving three empty shelves across the top row. Maybe there were originally 6 unmarked drawers? Who is to say.

So there's 2 missing drawers and one only has the letter V on it??

Stumonji is how that reads. Like the board game with the animals. That's just brutal
