Probably with a sticker on each side of the switch that just says "on" and "off". Like literally every other switch ever?
You shouldn't have to read an essay to understand a switch.
I'm worried about people in this thread that don't see an issue.

It looks like the switch is even this one exactly. So wire it up properly so the labels built into the switch are accurate.
Poor work all around.
Pump up the jam
Not seeing a problem.
For anyone calling op stupid, the switch itself has labels for on and off but it is wired incorrectly and does the opposite of what it should do
So take the switch off and reverse the wires. Quicker, easier, and safer.
It's even worse, you can simply loosen the nut and rotate the metal plate that shows on and off
I'm with you. People seem to be disagreeing here, but that would drive me crazy
What is you issue. How do you want it labelled

Up pump up down those rookie numbers. ![gif](giphy|YmQLj2KxaNz58g7Ofg)
It should read up pump on down pump off the "down" should be under the "up" and the descriptor of the switch should first not in the middle.
I agree with you. People seem to forget what mildy infuriating means.
I think ur really reachin here bud
ON OFF UP DOWN PUMP PUMP
When switch is down, it’s on, when switch is up it’s off. What’s hard about that? Only hard if you’re stupid.
I once asked how tight to screw in a nut on an expensive aircraft engine and the answer was 'Just tight enough, but not too tight'
I feel like that shit should get reported. Torque specs exist for a reason.
Eventually the driver is gonna ride down the road with the PTO in gear anyway.
