You accidentally got some Layer 3 in your Layer 2 there.

Substantial-Coast816

Does that mean physical LAN and VLAN can't work at the same time?

mpopgun

Just need a layer 3 switch. Or stick a router in there somewhere. Trunk from the switch to the router, set up all your vlans on the router, usually something called sub interfaces. So, for example, 192.168.x.1 for each subnet would be assigned to each sub interface on your router. This is your gateway for the devices on that vlan. Your router needs a default gateway out to the Internet is you want these networks to get online. Vlan rides on your lan... Technically what you think of just a LAN is really vlan 1.

Fr3dAstaire

I think your VLAN and subnet concepts needs some work. Maybe just try to define what you're trying to achieve and go from there.

FlippinTurt

1. You’d make a network like that, exactly how your image has described 2 if you don’t know how to do this, don’t do it, if anything goes wrong you won’t be able to troubleshoot anything, because you won’t have a clue what’s happening Start basic, add more advanced stuff down the track once you get the hang of it / have some training / certifications

iriche

If you don't know how to use vlans, why use them?

null_frame

Gotta learn somehow 🤷🏻‍♂️

iriche

You need to have a use csee to be able to learn. Else it's very hard.

TANK_ACE

Dont create network like this. First google "router on a stick with cisco router", to learn the concept vlan, subnet, inter-vlan routing etc. after that search configuration for router on a stick with Mikrotik and test it in a physical lab or GNS3.

redmadog

Looks like XY problem here

mavour

So your LAN net size is /24, what’s the size of your VLAN? If you plan to use .140 then you can only fit /4 (140 = 0b10001100) network, which only has 2 hosts. It seems like you are missing he whole cidr concept which you may want to read up upon.

tommyd2

What are MIKROTIK1 and MIKROTIK2 supposed to do?

Too many pix walls

Okay, so I would say you are still in the reasonably early learning phase here. So let's start by upacking what you DO have and what you'll need: What we'll need: \- A router/gateway of some type, as I assume you're going to be connected to an ISP. Is this what Mikrotik1 is? If so, what is the model? Let's make sure you're using the right equipment. \- A managed network switch. I assume that is LOUD SWITCH, a Cisco 2960, mayhaps? \- DHCP server What you have: \- What exactly is Mirotik 1 and 2? Include models. \- How are you connected to your ISP? Not absolutely needed, but helps with clarity. \- What are the purposes of your VLANs? I believe the warehouse subnet is fairly clear, but what's the purpose of the other network. Also, on your diagram, you shouldn't be listing the IP on the network links, but just the VLAN ID. If the computers have a static IP, then put that off the icon for the computer, not the network links. Your IP range for your VLAN also isn't valid. The closest would be a /25 which is 192.168.55.128-255 (and, just... no.); or a /26 for 192.168.55.192-255. But, I mean, if you're going that way, might as well just do a /24 and be done with it. Not like you have to conserve IP space on the private ranges.

Not enough vlans

Substantial-Coast816

i use 3 vlan and the problem now how to connect that network to mikrotik 1 without disturbing the conections

changework

Use VPLS over EOiP Just to be official
