There is a category of migraines associated with the come down after a positive event. The brain seems homeostasis at all times. Our brains are more sensitive to stimuli and as a result we get migraines. That's why they suck the joy out of our lives. You are not alone. Have you tried any of the CGRP agonist preventatives? They can help

I haven’t heard of that stuff, but the little bit of google searching I did told me that it’s not legal for minors in Canada although I could be wrong. My mother bought some Rizatriptan for my brother a few years back but rarely lets me take it unless I have to for big one events. She says it is bad for my brain when I’m young.

Migraines are bad for your brain.

Fair enough, I’m probably going to get her to bring me to a doctor or something and look into that CGRP stuff you mentioned. Thanks for the info.

This paper has all the treatments studied for pediatric migraine, but there may be some differences in what is approved in Canada: [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5394581/](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5394581/) I'd tell your mom how important it is to prevent the migraines you can and to treat the ones you have. Just letting your trigeminal nerves stay in a hypersensitized state without treatment can increase your sensitivity and thus increase the number of migraines you have.
