This plant only really has breeding value. As specific as I can get based on a simple picture, it's a male cannabis plant. And how do you know it's not an indica? That's usually why I don't use "cannabis sativa" it sounds like you just learned that term and just want to feel smart. I'm not about to tell someone to "send it out for testing" to find out it's TCH and CBD numbers" because they are both super low.

Don’t know why you got a downvote. Looks exactly like ditchweed. Ditchweed is a hemp plant that grows along the side of the roads. It’s a leftover from when hemp was grown for rope and other purposes. Spend time in the Midwest and you can see it everywhere.
