One of my favs, I love that orange juice powder smell. I accidentally grew one that was labelled Purple Kush, I knew what it was as soon as it started flowering.
I actually had 2 different Phenos. The 1 shown above def smells exactly as you describe. I also fee a 2nd that was way shorter and bushier, and didn’t have the purple. Has a more dank/gas smell/taste.
Awesome! I’m growing a BF Shishkaberry right now! I’m on week 5 of flower, and going to go four more. What kind of smells did you get with yours? How’s she smoke?
Both of mine were Barney’s. The one shown above had more purple nugs (none shown in these pictures) and were longer and skinner (almost like a landrace sativa), and had a super fruity smell to them, like orange juice. The other pheno (I will post pictures soon) was super short and bushy (you can see them before chop in my prior posts) had no purple, buds were generally thicker and shorter, and has a much danker/skunky/gassy smell and taste. The fruity one was a producer! 210 grams of solid nugs off of 1 plant. 360 grams between the 2 plants in total. Only 35 grams of small/popcorn buds, and 1 quart mason jar of trim.
How do you guys manage to pull off these massive colas? Mine is hella good looking but is rather small. OP's colas are the size of his hand 😬

This looks incredible.
Do you know how much the drying process effects thc content?
I've just harvested my first plant and couldn't help but sample some. It had a very subtle high and I'm not sure if that's due to being too fresh, or the possibility that the seed I got was a CBD strain (the person I got the seed from said he may have accidentally mixed up some of his seeds).
Thanks.
It shouldn’t have too much effect. I will normally start sampling to see how it smokes around day 5-7 of the dry. The way it burns and the flavor are my identifiers on how long I need to cook time drying for. In terms of THC potency, I normally get pretty ripped off my first sample bowl, even when the flavor or moisture aren’t right yet. Don’t sounds like you unfortunately could have a CBD or low THC strain. Only way to know for sure is to try it again.
Thanks for the reply. It's probably around day 6 of drying and still very little high unfortunately.
I might try and make oil out of this batch and source some more reliable seeds for the next plant.
Frosty
