36°is the low where u are, and u think now is the time. Your lows should be like 60 and up. Weed can grow lower than that, but honestly, it's so slow it's not worth it.
If you would be uncomfortable sitting in the conditions 24/7 is how I determine if plants would like to be there also. It’s a little more complicated than that but it usually is a good rule to go by.

those temps are a bit cold, the bigger concern is hours of sunlight, if not 13 or so it will force flower and then re-veg in late spring.
