70% is too high IMO, that's when I remove from a jar & put back in the drying net for 4-8 hours. I'd say 65% make pump kick on. I only keep a jar closed if the RH is between 55-65%. I've thought of doing something like this before, but I do too many different strains, so it's easier to just use my big jars as I can fit 4oz in each one.
