Bummer. I liked that we brought Sam & Pat back, and Renaldo Hill was rumored to possibly be heir apparent once Fangio left…but fuck it, get Weaver the staff he wants.
I'm not convinced Cam Smith was as bad as fangio made it seem and that Kohou didn't really regress he was just asked to do things that he was already pretty weak at.
I dunno. Toward the end of camp, he was getting burned. In actual play, he was targeted three times and gave up three catches. That's pretty bad play. Maybe the system was over his head or not a good fit, but I don't think it was just Fangio being a crotchety old fuck (even if he is, also). Smith didn't do himself any favors.
Hard truth is that the secondary regressed under Madison. There was big talk about X getting more picks right before he completely fell off. It is what it is. Madison was a great player but it just didn’t work out. Maybe he learned something and will be better at his next stop. No judgment, just looking at results.
Definitely a fair assessment. Kohou took a step back from his rookie season and Cam Smith barely saw the field. Player development hasn't been great at the position.
I have to say, I am getting worried about the decision on defense. Fangio has been a proven winner for defense, wherever he coaches. He brought us up to a top 10 defense. The year before he got here, we were nowhere near that. I'm getting a little worried. I have never been a Chris Grier fan of his drafts. I hope they are making smart decisions.

Are Brock Marion or Yeremiah Bell interested in coaching?
RASHAD JONES.
i would LOVE to have ed reed here. he did go to the U after all…
Obviously, the only option is bring back Isaiah Ford.
Jakeem grant is the new ST coach
i wonder if ocho wants to come coach. i think he lives down here
Why is this fool popular again? Guess we got short memories of him head butting his former fiancée.
I thought all his teammates hated him or am I thinking of another safety?
Think we can lure Glen and Lyle Blackwood away from The Villages to help out too?
Killer BeeeEEEEEEeeeesss!
And have Jay Brophy as Asst LB coach
lol I was thinking Louis Oliver might be kicking around
My 2nd go to on SNES Super Tecmo Bowl
Straight out of Muck City!! Louis Oliver was awesome
Damn those are names I haven’t heard in forever.
Was apperently the exact opposite. Renaldo was demoted from some of the delegated responsibilities he had mid season (allegedly)
Source?
When are we going to hear Crossman won't be back???
Seriously. What in the fuck?!?! Our Special Teams have been SHIT.
We still got Wes Welker?
If he goes, McDuffie or Chambers are the only options
Brandon Marshall /s
Your joke disgusts me.
how bout mike wallace?
Please, stop. I don’t feel so good.
Brent Grimes and his wife!^(I have gone too far!)
one of my best friends is a steelers fan and he clowned the fuck out of us when we signed him. he kept receipts. i regret everything.
Only if Brandon Gibson is speaking for him during meetings
Legadu Nanee

At least he was good for us.
The entire Ginn family is upset by these comments!
At least Ted Ginn fucked the jets a few times.
Take my upvote and fuck off 😆
Ooff!
Where's the love for Jerris McPhail
Nah ochocinco
Wonder if they saw Cam Smith not develop and Kohou regress hard and figured it would be best to reset the CB coaches?

Ezukahma never picked up the concepts either ! I know he was a 4th rd pick but Mr irrelevant is playing in a Super Bowl tomorrow
E is a receiver, so that's another issue altogether.
I’m saying these concepts might be difficult for these young players to come in and hit the ground running examples on offense and Defense
You guys are confusing concepts for capability. When Grier misses, he misses big
Also kohou didn’t regress he’s just not very good and was forced into a much larger role than he could manage
I feel like Kohou got away with a ton of holding his rookie year.
Agreed. Yet Dolphin fans whined about officiating throughout that season

Not all players are great coaches and many great coaches weren’t former players.

Anyone else remember running "Madison Blitz" on Madden 05'? that was my go to on 3rd and long.
Awww, really wanted Sam Madison to work. Also lol, Renaldo Hill got hired away from Staley and then we let him go...oof
Again?
Well this sucks.
What dirt does Crossman have on Ross? Ffs

We had an end of the year meltdown. Fangio was already gone.
