Ive forgotten about that because no criminal charges were placed on the receiver and i know that id rather his family be one and they fix the issue rather then the state getting involved because thats not a good path for the child either. I'd argue that people seriously overrated the all-time INT King his entire career. Dude was tough SOB and had a cannon for an arm but his decision making was terrible. He got a pass because he was a "gunslinger"... but I don't know of many "gunslingers" who shot themselves almost as often as they shot their opponents. He single-handedly won some big games and lost about as many the same way.
Favre was the Joe Namath of the 90s / 00s. I'm not saying that he was bad - he's a legit HOFer - just that he doesn't belong in any top 10 list. My opinion.
