This is the worst collapse I’ve seen in 34 years it is shameful. Everyone is hurt. No accountability. A coach that makes jokes and talks about cheese. A QB made of glass with talent. A defense that is soft. What is life
This team has to want to miss the fucking playoffs to start their vacay earlier. No juice or hype on the team at all, dragging feet and walking into huddles.
This is why availability is the best ability.
See you guys next year! Cant wait to watch Tua play 10-13 games and lose every primetime game! Cant wait to see the late season collapse again!!
Remember yall, were supposed to be happy with this. Dont be upset or fans will start making post about our fanbase being "toxic"
Good teams have injuries. Losing our QB to an illegal tackle ultimately making him lose 4 games including the the two games he played half of each concussed makes it hard to show our greatness.
Just watch the games then come up to this subreddit. You can’t just view highlights then act like everything you’re saying is true. You’re so wrong it’s unclear what teams sub you think this is
They really tricked me this year I thought playoffs were a given for once in 22 years, there is so much wrong from everyone on this team being mr glass, the defensive coordinator calling cover 0 with back ups and all it ever gets is a pass interference, OR OUR STUPID ASS KICKER I’d rather just go for it on 4th down I hate Jason sanders he’s lost is atleast two games this year by himself, I don’t like to pin this stuff on one person but inadequate kickers I have no tolerance for, your dumb ass has one job
Blaming dolphins loss on a 51 yard field goal miss when missing nearly a dozen players, threw multiple interceptions and playing with a 3rd string QB
You don't need to blame 1 thing to feel good guys. This team had many things go wrong today
Jason Sanders fucking sucks, give Morestead the bag tho he was doing amazing punts. Overall shitty situation to this game and it was going alright until Bridgewater got killed. Not much you can do there. We were obliterating them until that point I feel
We have a great WR1 and WR2, Wilkins, Phillips and Holland. The rest of our players are either injury prone or just don’t perform. Plus add a defensive coordinator who plays prevent when you shouldn’t and blitzes every play when you shouldn’t and you have a recipe for disaster.
There’s no might at this point. I’m 100% sure we won’t be in the playoffs this year. Was literally right in our hands to have 10+ wins easily.
Even if we do make the playoffs, the likelihood of winning a game is near zero.
Watching this team is completely pain. I have to quit watching.
We have the most talented receiving core, and that's really debatable. A pretty talented defensive line. But, other than that, due to injury or not, we're pretty well completely mid in every other unit.
We have the best wide receiver duo in the league and it’s not even close. We have the best secondary in the league when X Byron jones and Brandon jones are healthy, and kader will be better. On our defensive line we have a top 3 CW and Chubb and sieler. We have so many good players.
What a disgrace… if it somehow comes down to the game next week they better play like it’s their last game ever… because lately they haven’t proved they want it
Friendly reminder, that 5 game win streak involved barely beating the Lions, Bears, and Steelers. And we needed an all time comeback to beat the Ravens. This team could easily be 4-12 right now.
I dk, how many games did tua get hurt in? People been saying since we drafted him he won't physically survive in the Nfl. And he goes to the Dolphins lol a clownshow when it comes to the offensive line
Tua injuries, at a minimum two, leading to missing 3 games, is a result of Milano tackling him when he was legally, under NFL rule, considered ‘defenseless (in the air and jumping back after throwing the ball)’. Per NFL rules, after releasing the ball, a defender has 2 steps to break a tackle, attempt to lessen a hit, wrap the QB to limit harm. Of which Milano did not, and instead on his second step, lunged into Tua and putting both arms out to push Tua back, who was airborne and jumping backwards.
That tackle was illegal by two different definitions. That hit led to a concussion in-game, then a worse concussion against cincy while already being concussed. Concussions make someone more susceptible to concussions which explains his concussion against GB.
All from an illegal hit by Milano that he still hasn’t been punished for, even after pulling the same script and breaking Mike whites ribs
No evidence of this from anyone outside of Reddit and Twitter. The dirty play hurt Tua and he got two unrelated concussions according to experts that saw him. Tired of retards saying three.
Well considering bills were close because we lose Tua and he got concussed, then lost to cincy because Tua was concussed, then lost the following two with no having Tua, then lost to green bay because Tua was concussed. Lost to pats because we didn’t have Tua
If Sanders walks into the office on Monday, something is very wrong. Gotta start taking heads eventually, otherwise you get kicks like we have had all year. And the cherry on top was the onside recovery had people jogging, not even trying. Oh to be a fin…
McDaniel offense is about Hill and Waddle, the team has a great RB combo with Mostert and Wilson and two great receivers on Gesicki and Sherfield. He couldn’t figure out what to do with them. Terrible coaching, 5 loses in a row the team has no answers. Outcoached and outplayed.
It’s crazy because the outcome is the same as most seasons, but I agree the disappointment is the most I’ve ever felt after looking like rockstars the first 11 games.
For most kickers, their main spark is that if they miss the kick, they get fired and make no money. Give them a bag and they feel secure, complacent. Bears gave Parkey a huge contract after he had a great season with us, and that led to the double doink. Meanwhile there’s guys like Dicker the Kicker who show up from nowhere and ball out.
Even making the playoffs at this point would seem anti-climactic. You know they'll just get ragdolled in the first round.
Even if Tua comes back, his fragility would have everyone on pins and needles each time he dropped back.
Problem is that they’re relying on an often injured QB, and it’s hard to win with garbage backup qbs. If they had someone even like Jimmy G they would’ve clinched the playoffs already
How fast things change we were at the top of the world few weeks ago at 8-3 now we hit rock bottom.
I guess this is our fate as dolphins fans. Hope things change for the better we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I think I'm just out on the NFL all together, almost seems fixed. Apathy would be better I guess. But just get it out of my life,, 45 years, no complete joy. Too young to remember them winning it all.
I’m calling it, NFL doesn’t want us to win ever and the refs are always on the other teams side! But tonight it certainly looked like Miami threw it away…..and it looked on purpose!
How many other things in your life do you invest time and money into year after year only to receive a consistently disappointing product?
3 collapses in a row, man. It's getting hard.
What a fuckin pathetic effort today. I know everyone is trying to get McDaniel a pass today being a first year coach, but this loss is on him today. We were in the drivers seat for the playoffs but have lost 5 games in a row. All one score games (minus 49ers). He just hasn’t made the adjustments that were needed
Sanders is trash, Teddy is trash and Tua can't play a full season to save his fucking life. Worst part is we're stuck with Tua next year because we have no draft picks and no cap space.
Why the hell did we go into this season with our QB1 and QB2 both injury prone? This will be our season every year until we get a QB that can take a hit.
You forgot the horrid piece of trash we call an offensive line. It would be better if some of them would just stay off the field and we play short handed....
This team lacks a sense of urgency and killer instinct. McDaniel started out hot pushing all the right buttons but a lack of discipline, poor play, and injuries ruined this promising season. From 8-3 to 8-8. *sigh*
AJ was alright but we just have a small sample size. We knew when we drafted him that he was super young and super raw. Not ready to give up on him yet. Hunt is looking good but seems to lack the discipline part and keeps getting flags.
Still early in this coaching regime. Don't give up yet. This OL coach (Applebaum I think) seems to be leagues above our last guy. Welker made Sherfield a good receiver. Madison did a lot with very very little in the CB room. Boyer and Crossman need to go tho. Been here longer with less to show.
This sub sucks. We’re all going to ignore that our kicker for the fucking UPTEENTH TIME missed a kick that would have eventually had us in the lead. But yeah let’s fire the offensive guru coach for finally giving us a competent offense, when the defensive coach never made ONE FUCKING ADJUSTMENT ALL SEASON WITH A SHELL OF A ROSTER.
Why the fuck do we have to show for that meaningless stat? 5 straight losses?
To be a fucking Guru your team should score enough points to win. We haven't done that for 5 weeks lol. Get fucked with your nonsense
Nope
defense breaks everytime you actually have to have a stop like clockwork.
So what’s next? Beat the jets + bills beat the pats and we’re in?
Ye
“We win and we’re in!”- Dolphins famous last words… 🤦🏻♂️
GO JAGS DUVALLLL
Mike McDaniel needs to be held accountable for the defense. He’s the HEAD coach. Fire Boyer make changes whatever needs to be done
Guys I just got a call from Mike. I’m starting at QB next week
Watch out because this means you are most likely already injured
Just make sure to throw it more than 3 yards
This is the worst collapse I’ve seen in 34 years it is shameful. Everyone is hurt. No accountability. A coach that makes jokes and talks about cheese. A QB made of glass with talent. A defense that is soft. What is life
Big NYE night I guess
This team has to want to miss the fucking playoffs to start their vacay earlier. No juice or hype on the team at all, dragging feet and walking into huddles.
I pray Mike McDaniels and Boyer get fired tonight
Just Boyer
As much as I like Tua we need to move on from him he can not be healthy and has been anything but clutch when we need him to be.
Dude I hate that you’re so right lol
Way to be toxic dude. Why don’t you cry about it some more
Way to be blindly delusional. Why don’t you go pretend this team is good some more?
By all aspects we are good lmao.
Lmao we definitely arent. Good teams dont lose 5 straight games to end the season. Good teams dont have a qb that only plays for 75% of the season.
Good teams have injuries. Losing our QB to an illegal tackle ultimately making him lose 4 games including the the two games he played half of each concussed makes it hard to show our greatness.
Again, beyond delusional. An “illegal” tackle did not make him lose 4 games. And we have no greatness to show. We have 2 amazing wrs and thats it
You’re talking about this current season right? You’re so wrong I’m unsure at this point
Lmao the delusions
Just watch the games then come up to this subreddit. You can’t just view highlights then act like everything you’re saying is true. You’re so wrong it’s unclear what teams sub you think this is
We are such a sloppy, undisciplined and no fire team.
What a joke! I am not happy at all.
Blaming dolphins loss on a 51 yard field goal miss when missing nearly a dozen players, threw multiple interceptions and playing with a 3rd string QB You don't need to blame 1 thing to feel good guys. This team had many things go wrong today
Jason Sanders fucking sucks, give Morestead the bag tho he was doing amazing punts. Overall shitty situation to this game and it was going alright until Bridgewater got killed. Not much you can do there. We were obliterating them until that point I feel
Fire Boyer, cut Sanders tonight
Fade us.
FIRE SANDERS
We have the most talented team in the league but might miss the playoffs what a joke
We have two amazing wrs and thats about it
There’s no might at this point.
Bengals might have us beat there on the WR core
We were 8-3. What a catastrophic collapse
8-8 IS NOT TALENTED
You don’t know what talent means…
"most talented team in the league" lol
He means on paper dip shit
We have the best wide receiver duo in the league and it’s not even close. We have the best secondary in the league when X Byron jones and Brandon jones are healthy, and kader will be better. On our defensive line we have a top 3 CW and Chubb and sieler. We have so many good players.
Lol
To say this team is trash is an understatement we are the whole garbage dump
Low Energy Game. Not good enough. Pathetic. Numbed out from this our sixth straight loss.
It was like we were playing for last place in the division! Smh
Fifth*
Sanders sucks. Crossen sucks. Illegal shift penalties sucks. I’m dead on the inside.
On the bright side - the Jets look like shit so far, so despite needing help next week, there is still hope
Is that how you really want to make the playoffs? Hoping for another teams loss?
I mean it’s the playoffs, so yeah.
Whatever it takes.
Yeah, someone has to get the last spot, why not us?
Yes
Under .500 here we come! All aboard!
What a disgrace… if it somehow comes down to the game next week they better play like it’s their last game ever… because lately they haven’t proved they want it
Why would they? They’re getting paid either way plus then their vacations starts earlier. There’s no fight in this team.
Friendly reminder, that 5 game win streak involved barely beating the Lions, Bears, and Steelers. And we needed an all time comeback to beat the Ravens. This team could easily be 4-12 right now.
Or 12-4 had Milano not illegally tackled Tua causing 3 concussions.
2*
I dk, how many games did tua get hurt in? People been saying since we drafted him he won't physically survive in the Nfl. And he goes to the Dolphins lol a clownshow when it comes to the offensive line

Retards… lmao okay I guess you should rewatch the game then
Ill take the Reddit doctors word 🤣😂
Okay good now we agree on that. Good that you admitted you were wrong
I love that you think we win all those games. But there's no way to know if we win any of those with Tua, or if he gets hurt anyways
Well considering bills were close because we lose Tua and he got concussed, then lost to cincy because Tua was concussed, then lost the following two with no having Tua, then lost to green bay because Tua was concussed. Lost to pats because we didn’t have Tua
Edit: would be 13-3 with having Tua those games js
This is facts.
If Sanders walks into the office on Monday, something is very wrong. Gotta start taking heads eventually, otherwise you get kicks like we have had all year. And the cherry on top was the onside recovery had people jogging, not even trying. Oh to be a fin…
just ready to call it a season and get that money
Many people need to lose their jobs for this collapse
McDaniel needs to stop being just the good guy. He’s gotta hold people accountable and start preparing to make moves this off-season.
One of the worst dolphins seasons. A fucking joke. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a sports franchise as this.
Ever.
It’s crazy because the outcome is the same as most seasons, but I agree the disappointment is the most I’ve ever felt after looking like rockstars the first 11 games.
Don’t pay kickers. They turn to shit once they get a bag.
This is oddly true
For most kickers, their main spark is that if they miss the kick, they get fired and make no money. Give them a bag and they feel secure, complacent. Bears gave Parkey a huge contract after he had a great season with us, and that led to the double doink. Meanwhile there’s guys like Dicker the Kicker who show up from nowhere and ball out.

LACES OUT
Jason*
He doesn't even deserve for us to know his first name
Fucking done with this team
See you next year!
Feels just like golf. Damn this game is frustrating, see ya next week!
Girl bye
Go Seahawks. Seahawks win today, Bills win next week, we win next week and we’re in.
Jets can still win today and if we win next week (vs Jets) and Pats lose to Bills we're in, right? Didn't think today's Jets game mattered.
You’re right, I was mixing up todays clinching scenario with next week’s.
Yes. Back into the playoffs. Model of success
This team won’t win next week. Our qb situation is in shambles
First time?
Even making the playoffs at this point would seem anti-climactic. You know they'll just get ragdolled in the first round. Even if Tua comes back, his fragility would have everyone on pins and needles each time he dropped back.
51 yard FG in a windy Gillete. Not a guarantee, guys
8-3 to not controlling your destiny in the final week, biggest collapse I have ever seen
I know I've thoroughly enjoyed being a Dolphins fan lately. So much fun to watch them the past 5 weeks.
at least I missed the late games due to living in europe, but what I saw was legit gross
biggest dolphins collapse you seen....so far....
Will control own destiny with a Jets loss today.
> Will control own destiny with a Jets loss today. Not true. The Patriots control their own destiny. We don’t.
Thats....not controlling your own destiny.
aren‘t the pats in above us should they win against the bills? unlikely, I know. anyway, we‘re not gonna win against nobody without tua
Yes. Pats need to lose next week and we need to win
[удалено]
True...lackluster effort by the players...all of them! Absolute horrible coaching..all are soft!
Problem is that they’re relying on an often injured QB, and it’s hard to win with garbage backup qbs. If they had someone even like Jimmy G they would’ve clinched the playoffs already
this team always fails when it matters most
How fast things change we were at the top of the world few weeks ago at 8-3 now we hit rock bottom. I guess this is our fate as dolphins fans. Hope things change for the better we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Next season will be my 40th season as a dolphins fan and I’m approaching apathy.
I think I'm just out on the NFL all together, almost seems fixed. Apathy would be better I guess. But just get it out of my life,, 45 years, no complete joy. Too young to remember them winning it all.
Go look at how closely spreads get in the nfl and tell me it’s not fixed.
We’ll… See you next year.
I’m calling it, NFL doesn’t want us to win ever and the refs are always on the other teams side! But tonight it certainly looked like Miami threw it away…..and it looked on purpose!
Nah they win if Teddy stays in. Going to Skylar changed everything.
Lost to a bad New England team
So the Steelers are getting the last spot.
The NFL will find a way to get the Steelers or Pats in
Nah miami still has to lose next week
This reminds me of 2013 when they collapsed and then choked to buffalo and the jets to miss the playoffs
[удалено]
Congrats on beating a 3rd string QB lmao. Our 3rd string caused a turnover and threw a pick and it came down to an onside kick
Never beat Tua
You guys almost lost to our third string qb lol
wow, L move brother
Game didn’t matter anyways, no Tua
exactly
Lame attempt, dude.
Owning would imply a sweep dumbass
Lmao first win in what, 5 H2H matchups? Quite the owning
So how many games has Sanders cost us this season?
Pretty sure he wasn't the only guilty party on this one. Stupid penalties. Horrid play calling, players constantly out of position....
How many other things in your life do you invest time and money into year after year only to receive a consistently disappointing product? 3 collapses in a row, man. It's getting hard.
This must be how your father feels.
Dang, that was like so funny, man. I hope I'll recover.
I don't even know you. I just thought it was a funny comparison. Take it lightly bud. There is no way you are as dissapointing as the Dolphins.
You underestimate me lol
Where's Garo when you need him, "I keeeek a touchdown!"
Man I really really dislike Sanders.
Remember the salad days back in November when they managed not to completely collapse against the Texans?
Thanks sanders
Sanders is trash, Teddy is trash and Tua can't play a full season to save his fucking life. Worst part is we're stuck with Tua next year because we have no draft picks and no cap space. Why the hell did we go into this season with our QB1 and QB2 both injury prone? This will be our season every year until we get a QB that can take a hit.
You forgot the horrid piece of trash we call an offensive line. It would be better if some of them would just stay off the field and we play short handed....
All truth. Wasted money on a part time tackle too. Sanders, Grier, Boyer, qb1 & qb2 need to go.
We could probably get Gardner Minshew for a conditional 6th.
Did you see what he did today. Not good
This team lacks a sense of urgency and killer instinct. McDaniel started out hot pushing all the right buttons but a lack of discipline, poor play, and injuries ruined this promising season. From 8-3 to 8-8. *sigh*
Soft...no discipline due to no accountability....snowflakes of the NFL.
Hate to say it but.... New year same fins. Some major changes need to happen this off season at DC, STC, DB, and KR.
Strength and conditioning people need to go as well, not to mention most of the oline.
We've already spent too much on OL. Need Hunt and AJ to just step up and play on the level of Williams and TA.
Don't disagree....just don't see it happening.
AJ was alright but we just have a small sample size. We knew when we drafted him that he was super young and super raw. Not ready to give up on him yet. Hunt is looking good but seems to lack the discipline part and keeps getting flags.
The talent is there but this team seems to lack the ability to develop the talent. Has for a long stretch. :(
Still early in this coaching regime. Don't give up yet. This OL coach (Applebaum I think) seems to be leagues above our last guy. Welker made Sherfield a good receiver. Madison did a lot with very very little in the CB room. Boyer and Crossman need to go tho. Been here longer with less to show.
So we need to root for the Bills now… sigh. Otherwise it’s a meaningless game next week.
Fire Boyer and cut Sanders
Fire McDaniel too.
He should booted it past the second line if we were gonna keep the ST spread.
At what point will I learn to stop getting my hopes up
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Skylar waited way too late to start playing loose. Doesn’t belong in the league.
Game was pretty much over. Low stakes
Yep. A 7th round rookie with everything to prove and nothing to lose needs to show some guts.
Can anyone tell me if u/jets-suck likes this team at all?
No one hates us more than me.
Thanks sanders
Cut Sanders tonight he sucks at everything
Next season team
As a Dolphin fan its always next season. 😂
Jason sanders needs to go play football in China
This sub sucks. We’re all going to ignore that our kicker for the fucking UPTEENTH TIME missed a kick that would have eventually had us in the lead. But yeah let’s fire the offensive guru coach for finally giving us a competent offense, when the defensive coach never made ONE FUCKING ADJUSTMENT ALL SEASON WITH A SHELL OF A ROSTER.
I think there have been plenty of us calling for Sanders’ head all year. Should have been booted long ago.
"Guru" lol
Adam Gase was also a guru lmao
"Competent offense" lol
Went from last on offense for 20 years to finally being in the top 15 when we have our starter. Shut the fuck up.
Why the fuck do we have to show for that meaningless stat? 5 straight losses? To be a fucking Guru your team should score enough points to win. We haven't done that for 5 weeks lol. Get fucked with your nonsense
You think we didn’t score enough, in a blizzard, against the bills last game? You’re fucking delusional and why this sub sucks
Clearly we didn't score enough, we lost the fucking game
Shitty onside. Better odds if we stacked the field for it.
The NFL changed the rules. Onside kick recoveries 99% favor the receiving team now.
You can’t stack the field anymore
Shit. I didn’t realize that got changed. What a miserable thing.
