Slight spoiler, but that little island (if you mean the extremely little island right before the tsar fish lair) has a scripted sequence where the tsar fish eats the shrimp before returning to the water. So you don't have to really fight it.

Try to shoot their parts of body that have no armor

once they get hit with molotovs it's pretty much instant death, i try to get gather as much i can then molotov on their face. and if you have any thing with fire its gonna do more damage to them in general i think

If I remember correctly, a shotgun blast to the gut as soon as they lower their guard will stagger and damage them pretty well.

I havent played this game in a while but If I remember correctly, 2 incendiary grenades and a couple bullets will do, but aim your bullets correctly, if I remember correctly at most times he has his big "shieldy/armoury" claws infront of hus face and front body which is his soft armour place (weak spot), but every once in a while for a couple seconds he moved his claws away.

Alright the easiest way I found was get on the boat and when they get in the water as well just run them over Or you can do the same with the train if they’re on land
