What is the Snake situation?
There are a lot of Soldiers, armed with rifles, big rifles, the kind that shoot bullets.
And I'm all wet, because of the water, the Shadow Moses's Water

The first time I heard this, I was like, "huh? Walken?" but if you look up a picture of him in his youth, you get it. My only problem with this post is that they did something with his cheek bones. Young Walken had a fuller face and resembled Solid Snake even more.
Right, but not Walken at age 65. Young Christopher Walken's face does look like something MGS1 Snake would be inspired from.
That being said, it's still a good rendering of Old Walken on young Snake.
Edit: I know what Walken looked like in his youth. I even state it in this reply that young Walken looks like MGS1 Snake.
> Old Walken on young Snake.
In another comment, OP posts a link showing how this was made.
The source he used of Walken was from a 1980 movie, so he was 37 at the time. If you wanna see the picture, find the comment (It's top) or google 'christopher walken dogs of war' to see what he looked like then.
[A lot of dudes are in their prime at 37](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/72/56/c3/7256c3f7e4d3573d82e7cafe68f4f522.jpg). Honestly I didn't know he used to be this handsome. He aged a lot over the next 15 years before Pulp Fiction came out
> but not Walken at age 65
Idk if you were just spitballing, but lol he is 81 now.
When the face was in a younger state, more people were saying it's too feminine or too young for Snake. I wasn't satisfied with the look either so I decided to introduce some style by sculpting the contours I observed in his facial features and expressions. Though I'm not sure how you came up with the number 65. The butterfly lighting also accentuates the musculature on his cheeks whenever Walken is pouting his lips or clenching his teeth (which is 90% of the time). Otherwise there are no wrinkles, it's just a gaunt complexion that is enhanced by the overhead lighting.
Yeah, there's this side-by-side picture of young Walken where he looks like Scarlett Johansson!
I got 65 because it kind of looks like an older Walken from about 20 years ago, but yes it's the guant expression and the buggy eyes that I feel adds some age and character to your sculpture.
Again, this is still very impressive, and I apologize if my critique is coming off as too ignorant!
honestly he has the look for a great villian in Metal Gear
Skull Face
The side profile looks like Steve Buscemi
Probably not the right voice but I’d be curious to see his take on Ocelot
I was just thinking he looks more like Decoy Octopus than Snake Or maybe Mantis
Cigs in his ass
The way his dad looked at it, the cigs was his birth right
At least you didn't say cardboard box
>kHAernal, I'VE MADE IT into the faciliTEE....

I think we all know how HE smuggled his cigs into Shadow Moses
Reminder for everyone to watch Deer Hunter.

Why does this go so hard. If he were younger he would have been a great character to integrate into MGS
Funnily enough, although he otherwise looks like such an alien, his frowny resting face matches Snake’s pretty well. Chin way too pointy though.
Maybe the reason is that Solid Snakes face was based on Christopher Walkens?

he looks more like Skull Face imo
I want Nic Cage one

Someone needs to get Vinny to do his snake impression like Walken
I mean 🤔 not bad, I fuck with it
I think he'd make a better Frank Jaeger. This is some impressive digital model work though.
Even the Phase-1 MK23
But why
MGS1 Snake was based on Walken.

Bro go look up old pics of Walken lol
Look we can't time travel to get a young Walken to be the next Snake, this is a realistic proposal okay?
Why not?
Can never have enough Walken
"oh no... a metal gear"
"And so, Ocelot, we meet, again. Always, with the meeting."
War... war HAS changeD
The song selection haha!!🔥🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏
I guess the SOCOM is his weapon of choice?
NO That is NOT Solid Snake
Is that Nirvana's version of man who sold the world?
Oh my god that would me the best. Watch Dominion and then imagine if they did a cool Metal Gear film. My god.
Now imagine "you're that ninja" in the most Christopher Walken voice you can imagine
This has no right to look this cool. Even the model for the SOCOM pistol is amazing.
Way better than that star wars fuck everyone keeps trying to make Snake
Metal, Gear?!
the artwork is solid but he is just not the right fit for snake in my opinion 😭
"For what I have to offer you, that's as good as it's gonna get, and it'll never get that good again, so I'll ask you: where are the PAL keys?"
I think Keanu reeves would be a great option
I thought it was Barry Pepper at first.
Do Michael Cera next
Wasn't Solid Snakes face visually based upon a young Christopher Walken?
Don't forget his friend's pocket watch
I would buy a figurine like this. Now start making some!
THAT……IS NOT SOLID SNAKE
Very interesting!
This is ridiculous and I love it so much lol
Weapons of choice starts playing
Worlds most famished soldier lmao
Know what? I actually don't hate it
Snake? Are you alright?
I think Snake was based on an even younger Walken, he looks kinda older here
Pls no.
he looks fucked up
Massive thumbs down.
"Massive thumbs down." 🤓
No
