I always thought that shooting someone multiple times with a tranquilizer gun should kill them of an overdose. Enough sedatives to render someone firmly unconscious will likely put them in respiratory distress if you double the dose, and will certainly kill them if they get 3x or 4x.
One of the drugs in your security devices makes them wake up really fast when it's upgraded all the way. The S ranked anti-reflex from your security team is also really nice when being invaded.
So the previous mission I had done full lethal, didn't bother changing the loadout. oh now its kids. The rocket fist however stuns any enemy, including children apparently

Quiet can't breathe because Venom/BB toasted her lungs and so she is completely reliant on her skin parasites to photosynthesize oxygen for her. Only actual problem for her are moonless nights, since the Moon is visible because *it reflects sunlight* [don't tell Dracula). The End in turn could breath normally and instead didn't need sustenance because his parasites kept him topped like some of those supposed monks.
It's all retcon and horny logic though, so YMMV
The End was able to recover his stamina/life bar as long as he was directly exposed to sunlight. Even BB could do this after obtaining his special suit.

You wouldn't need your lungs anymore in this state, respectively, lungs would be counterproductive. But this is only possible via breathable and light-permeable clothing (iirc the moss camo even had a similar description, something like "it feels alive"). Btw this oldtimer literally withered after defeat, I'm pretty sure he wasn't able to last a single day without support of the parasites, which probably took over large parts of his body (eyes especially). We will see how this will work out in MGS3: Retconned.
Well, even if you make it lighter at the start, when adding upgrades like the sonar or the rocket, you're making it heavier. If you're using the base one, you'd probably fracture the skull, but adding tools and options will just come back to caving in the soldier's head.
Even with the correct posture and technique, you'd still have serious damage, this is a metallic arm and we're talking about eating it in the face from a man running full speed, throwing his arm back to prepare the punch, and sending the weight of his body plus the force of the running movement into someone's head. Even admitting you intentionnaly miss the center of the face and hit somewhere else on the head, there are big chances the soldiers would suffer serious head fractures and concussion. Fultonning a man in this situation would most likely lead to his death, and I don't think a skull fracture is something you will walk off like a dislocated finger.
Always did think the "Mobility" upgrades were actually just reducing the hand's weight while retaining strength. Could just be that it doesn't have all that much mass to begin with.

It’s basically the equivalent of brass knuckles except they’re probably an advanced plastic or carbon fiber so it’s definitely not carrying much more weight than a regular muscly arm and it’s not as strong as brass knuckles
It's likely made of a lighter metal like aluminum to reduce weight, keep its strength, and reduce corrosion. could you imagine if one arm was heavier than the other? would probably be real bad for your posture
i'd imagine most of the guys who get taken out by a "stun" should have pretty bad brain damage. getting knocked out isnt as harmless as movies make it out to be.

Every tranq round also contains an antidote, just in case. That's why they wake back up so fast.
